Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gaming Gears, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that, on rare occasions, you may wish to cancel your order or find that a product doesn’t fully meet your expectations. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy has been designed keeping your interests in mind, along with the logistical challenges and costs involved in handling heavy and bulky products.

1. Cancellations

1.1 Order Not Processed

If your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from your account or by sending an email to contact@gaminggears.in.
While cancellation is not guaranteed, if the order is successfully cancelled before processing, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 1–5 working days, depending on the mode of transaction.

1.2 Order Processed

Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it becomes non-cancellable, and no cancellation requests will be accepted.
If a customer refuses delivery for any reason, to-and-fro logistics charges will be deducted from the refund.
These logistics charges typically range between ₹800 – ₹2800, depending on the shipment’s weight and destination.

Refunds are processed once the shipment is en route back to our warehouse. After processing, it may take 4–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment source.

Disclaimer: Free shipping is applicable only for successfully completed orders. In cases where the customer cancels or rejects an order after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

 

2. Returns

At Gaming Gears, we follow a parts replacement/return policy, applicable under the following terms:

2.1 Eligibility for Return (within 10 days of delivery):

A product is eligible for replacement or return if:

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

  • The product was received in a physically damaged or defective condition upon opening.

  • Any product parts or accessories listed as “In the Box” are missing.

2.2 Damaged on Delivery

Any product found to be damaged on delivery must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, along with valid photo/video evidence. Issues reported after 72 hours will not be accepted.

2.3 Replacement Process

Gaming Gears reserves the right to resolve return requests for in-transit damage, missing items, or wrong item delivered by sending replacement parts free of cost within a stipulated time.
If the part is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated.

2.4 Refund Options

Gaming Gears reserves the right to:

  • Process a refund to the original payment source, or

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a voucher redeemable for any product on www.gaminggears.in.

2.5 Product Disclaimer

All efforts are made to ensure product details are accurate. Slight variations in dimensions, color, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
Minor imperfections or variations that do not impact the product’s functionality are not covered under warranty or return.
