Warranty Coverage

  • All Gaming Gears products purchased on or after 1st october 2025 come with a limited warranty of 1 or 2 years as specified in individual product listings (on Amazon, Flipkart, gaminggears.in, etc.) from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Warranty Terms

  • Gaming Gears will make every effort to service the product during the warranty period. The warranty covers all moving and functional parts. The decision to repair or replace any component is at the sole discretion of Gaming Gears, based on an assessment by our customer care team.
  • Replacement of specific spare parts is subject to availability. If a required part is unavailable, Gaming Gears may offer a suitable alternative at a discounted price.

Warranty claims may be resolved either by:

  • Sending a replacement part for the affected component(s).
  • Gaming Gears encourages self-service when possible. If a part covered under warranty is found to be defective:
  • We will ship the replacement part free of charge
  • Provide clear installation or assembly instructions
  • You may replace the part yourself or via a third party. Please note: We do not cover labour charges for installations. 
  • For components not covered under the limited warranty, customers may purchase spares at a reasonable cost, subject to availability. Gaming Gears is not obligated to maintain stock for non-warranty items.
  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser, as well as their heirs or assignees, provided the original order number is presented. The warranty begins from the original order date and is non-transferable beyond the stated terms.

What Does the Limited Warranty Cover?

All functional components of Gaming Gears products are covered under this limited warranty.

  • For Chairs:
  • Mechanism
  • Hydraulic Gas Lift
  • Base Stand & Wheels
  • Armrests

What’s NOT Covered Under Warranty?

This limited warranty does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear, including:
  • Fabric/leather fading, wrinkling, Scratches, dents, or compression of foam
  • Beading/weaning of material due to prolonged usage
  • Improper installation or assembly not handled by Gaming Gears
  • Improper maintenance, misuse, or usage beyond intended purpose
  • Any unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
  • Discoloration or cosmetic damage due to environmental exposure

Once received, a service ticket will be generated. Our customer service team will contact you within 24–48 working hours and aim to resolve the issue within 7–14 working days from the date of complaint.
